You are responsible for the ad accounts you connect and the campaigns you run through them, including compliance with each channel’s policies.

The agreement between you and dollars covering use of the platform, billing and acceptable use.
Billing
The Dollars fee is 2% of attributed sales, including shipping and excluding tax, adjusted for refunds and cancellations, and is invoiced monthly. Ad spend is billed to you by each ad platform, not by Dollars.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement. Your campaign data stays exportable for thirty days afterwards.
